Techinline

Techinline is the most basic remote pc desktop software. There are no extra features and there is nothing outstanding about this product.

Features:

Email your customer the 6-digit Techinline code with the link provided. After the code is entered you will be able to easily drag and drop files, view or control the customer’s desktop and exchange chats. You can customize the colors and logos the customers will see when they log into support sessions.

But that’s it. Basically there are no other features offered by this remote software.

Techinline was not designed to be comprehensive remote access software. There are no cluttered taskbars or interfaces. You can’t use a webcam or audio. You won’t be able to access your customer’s computer unattended. You won’t be able to restart the customer’s computer either. There are no upgrades offered for the remote desktop software.

Techinline has an extremely limited feature set. But the features that are available work smoothly.

Due to its lack of features, Techinline is easy to use. It won’t take you long to familiarize yourself with the remote software. The download is quick and simple. You can be up and running with this software in seconds.

The customer will find the navigation equally as simple. The customers receive an email with a link to a site where they will enter the 6-digit code provided with the email. After the code is entered, a massive chat window is opened. There is no room for confusion. Your customers can ask questions via chat and you can answer via chat. The file transfer option is fast and simple. Choose the file you would like to share with your customer, drag it onto the desktop and the files are uploaded instantly.

Security:

Unlike most other remote access software, Techinline does not use an AES encryption code. Instead, only an SSL/TLS encryption is used. Techinline also uses an Internet security company called Comodo to protect any private data. The customer can end the session at any time simply by clicking “Stop.” The commands are easily labelled and you should feel comfortable using this remote software.
