Panasonic FZ100, FX700, FX75 / FX70: New firmwareBy Michael R. Tomkins, The Imaging Resource(Monday, November 29, 2010 – 11:36 EST)Panasonic Corp. has this day released updated firmware for its Panasonic FZ100, FX700, and FX75 (aka FX70) digital cameras.
The new firmware for the Panasonic FX75 / FX70 and FX700 carries version number 1.1, while the FZ100 has now reached version number 1.2. In all cases, the new firmware brings an improvement in image quality when using motion deblurring in Intelligent Auto mode. In addition, the Panasonic FX700 and FZ100 both gain improvements in autofocus performance for photos taken during motion picture capture.
